Focus: Effective survey construction

I think we’ve probably all done a survey at some time in our “library lives” to inform things such as collection development, programs to run, or services to offer staff and students. Sometimes, however, we don’t get the information we want from our survey responses because we’ve asked the wrong questions. If you’re interested in effective survey construction, join us in the Research SIG to discuss survey tools and questions. New members to the SIG are always welcome.
